By using VidGrab you agree to these terms and to the terms of each platform whose videos you download (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

VidGrab is a small, free tool that helps you retrieve publicly available videos from supported platforms. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VidGrab to:

• Download content that you are not authorised to access.
• Repost, re-upload, or sell content you didn't create.
• Bypass any paywall, age gate, or geographical restriction.
• Abuse the rate limit or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell the service itself.
• Do anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. Copyright

All videos on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook are owned by the people who uploaded them. Downloading is permitted for personal, non-commercial use under most fair-use regimes, but you must not redistribute the files. If a creator or a platform asks you to remove a downloaded video, please do so.

If you are a copyright holder and believe VidGrab is being used to infringe your rights, please email dmca@example.com with the URL(s) in question and we will act promptly.

5. No accounts, no payments

The service is free and requires no account. Should we ever offer paid tiers in the future, separate terms will apply and you will be asked to agree to them before any charge.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operators of VidGrab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or profits — arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of VidGrab from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
